There’s no single type of person that makes up TRT. We’re a team of educators, athletes, mentors, and problem-solvers, each bringing something different to the table. Some have spent years on the pitch, others are new to the game but driven by the impact it can have. What unites us is the belief that rugby is more than just a sport—it’s a tool for building confidence, breaking barriers, and creating lasting change.
